If an item is out of stock Pre order is automatically applied, however in some cases this may not be possible and if so TMH may reject you order you have placed for a product that is unavailable for delivery. In such cases you will receive a full refund for all amounts paid in respect of the unavailable product. All pre order estimated delivery dates will be notified by email.
We will always endeavour to dispatch your orders ASAP but please allow 5-10 business days. Express post is available up to 5kg. If the option to express post is not given you have gone over the 5kg threshold. If you still wish to express post please contact us.
Local pick up is available from our store located in Wynyard, Tasmania. If you have selected this option we will be in touch with the details.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns if you change your mind, however we will exchange but you will have to cover the postage costs for the return and you will be charged postage at our capped rate on the new item.
TMH check every purchase before sending it to you, however in the unlikely event of your item getting damaged in transit please email us with photos of the damage within 14 days and we can arrange for a replacement or refund. email@example.com
